I Say, We Say…

I use this to reiterate number bonds.

It is a method that can be used for all year groups.

As a class, we decide on our ‘target number’, e.g. 20 – then I begin the bond with “I say 11” – the children respond “We say 9”

This game can continue using any range of numbers, depending on the ability of the children in your class.
