When a number has been multiplied by itself, we say that the answer is a square number. The first twelve square numbers are 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81, 100, 121 and 144 and all of these are included on the posters. Use them to introduce your students to square numbers or print them to add to your classroom display boards.
