Lots of photo resources are available below, showing photos of different Viking objects. Use them in the classroom by trying some of the following ideas:
- Print the photos and use them on a class display.
- Challenge children to use the photos as a starting point for their own drawings of Viking objects.
- Use the photos as the starting point for discussions about different aspects of Viking history.
- Think about the materials that the Vikings used to make each object. How would they have made them? Who would have used them?
