Ancient Egypt Fact Cards

The free fact cards below share information about Ancient Egypt. Use them with the children in your class with our suggested teaching ideas:

• Make a classroom display about the Egyptians and add the cards to it. Add questions and encourage your students to find the answers on the fact cards. Don’t forget to use our Ancient Egypt display banner too.
• Display the PDF on a large display (e.g. an interactive whiteboard) and use them to teach your class about Ancient Egypt.
• Print the cards and give them to children as a reference tool. Could they think of some comprehension questions related to the information on them?
• Ask your students to find additional facts about the Egyptians and record them on the blank template (available as part of the download). This could be a class or a homework activity.
