Everyone draws around their hand onto an A4 piece of paper, and then the teacher sticks the paper to the students’ backs.

Everyone stands up and writes a positive comment on each other’s paper. This is, therefore, anonymous and less threatening.

At the end, when everyone has written something, they can take the paper off and read the comments. This is really good to bring a group together once they have worked alongside each other for a number of weeks.
