If your children are learning about different ways to keep healthy, ask them to keep a record of their exercise and physical activity on this handy template!

You could also use this to plan your exercise routine for the week. If you complete multiple diaries over the course of a few weeks, compare your progress. Has your activity increased or decreased over time?
