Wales Fact Cards

Are your children learning about Wales? Use our free fact cards as a teaching, activity or display resource in your classroom! This PDF includes twenty fact ‘cards’, each of which features a fact about Wales and a related image.

Use this resource in your classroom in some of the following ways:

• Make a display board about Wales and add the fact cards to it.
• Challenge your children to make up some questions related to the text on these cards. Can other students then use them to find the answers?
• Print the cards and let your children read them together as a reference resource. Could you share the information on these cards in a different format (e.g. a report about Wales or an eBook)?
• Ask your students to find out other facts about Wales (as part of a class or homework activity) and record their findings on the blank cards on the last page of the PDF.
