The Minister’s Cat

This is a fun way of developing vocabulary and understanding of adjectives and can be used either with a whole class or in groups.

The first person starts off by saying ‘The Minister’s cat is’… and has to think of an adjective to describe the cat beginning with ‘a’, e.g. angry. The next person does the same but with the letter ‘b’ and so on around the group.

The children seem to enjoy helping each other out with the tougher letters, but you can choose to miss those out.
