The downloadable resources and video below can be used to teach children about the work of Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity.
The video shows two dogs, Jimmy and Chew, who meet for the first time at a Dogs Trust rehoming centre and then live together. The downloadable resources show the script for the video with ‘Paws Points, ‘ which indicate ideas for discussion with your children.
There are also related classroom activities, and cross-curricular links included.
