Quick Warm Ups
A long list of different warm up activities, none of which involve equipment so they can be carried out quickly and easily.
Organise the children into pairs. One child is the shark, the other is the fish.
The fish follows the shark around and must imitate everything the shark does.
The teacher can shout out ideas such as 'swim' backwards, move slowly, rest on the floor etc.

Eat the fish could be another command! The children coud clap their hands together pretending to eat the fish!!

shark attack.. fish has to run away and the shark could try and catch them

Command shark attack fish should freeze ,when shark turns around if not frozen then then the fish becomes a shark (gets eaten)

Funny gills! The children have to move their hands by the sides of their faces like gills and pull funny fish faces :)

Or you could say shark eat the fish then when the shark have ate the fish they swap over
