Smarty Pilates Activities

SmartyPilates have contributed a set of four wonderful resources that you can download below. These can be used as part of physical education / exercise activities with your children. They include:

• Sample Activities - A simple story with related moves that your children can try.
• Bingo - A fun activity that your children can try! Includes rules of the game and clear images to show the moves required.
• Boppity Bop - In this activity, the teacher shouts out instructions which the children have to demonstrate.
• I Like to Move It - A full set of moves to accompany the song 'I Like to Move It'. This video gives an outline of the moves:
