This is such a great idea! I even thought about noun eating monsters! They could eat a person, a place or a thing! Thank you so much for sharing this idea.

I am super interested in using this idea with my low lit year 7s but I am not quite sure how this all works. What do you do?

Hi Hannah. Thanks for your comment. You could ask children to collect examples of nouns that the monsters could 'eat', write nouns on the back of the monsters or use them on a display and add nouns around them. I hope that helps!
