Tea Coffee
A useful Powerpoint presentation which introduces children to the concepts of crotchets and quavers.
Arrange students in a sit down circle.
The teacher claps out a rhythm and passes it on to the next student in the circle until it is passed all the way around the circle.
Continue playing and increasing the difficulty of the rhythm until there is only one student left. This student is the winner.
I am always surprised at who my winners are.
A useful Powerpoint presentation which introduces children to the concepts of crotchets and quavers.
