Help your children to reflect on their emotions and mindfulness while practising their pencil control and colouring skills with these mandala patterns!

A mandala is a geometric design (that is usually circular) with different symbols and shapes. They are sometimes used to help meditation and are associated with various religions, including Hinduism and Buddhism.

Twenty different examples are available to download below, at different levels of complexity and detail.

Your children could colour these sheets as part of Art or PSHE activities. They could also use them during Maths activities to look for different shapes / patterns and examples of reflective and rotational symmetry.

If you like these resources, remember to download our other mindfulness colouring resources, too.
