Toilet Breaks

Age Range: 5 to 11

Less interruption for toilet breaks!

I construct a grid and place each child's name inside a square. This is then laminated. I also laminate a picture of a toilet.

Once the main teaching has been done and the children return to their groups if they need to go to the toilet they blu-tac the toilet sign onto their name. Thus you can see who has gone at a glance.

The children soon learn they can only go if the sign is on the side.
