I have a class where homework was given but rarely returned... now i give out a raffle ticket to every child who returns homework each day...

At the end of the week the raffle is drawn... the more times you have handed in homework the greater the chances in the raffle... this can be used in many other... bribery... sorry... did i say bribery... situations within the reluctant class!
