I introduced a "Ladder of Success" into my Maths Booster Groups. I felt it had a positive effect on the children.
You move up and down the ladder depending on behaviour. I also move children up the ladder for producing good work or good reasoning or answers.
The child at the top of the class got 10 credits (school reward system) or a pencil box with pencils ( just a small token)
