Leavers' assemblies are hard to co-ordinate and find ideas for.

Use the internet to find some suitable jokes related to school and school experiences and get the children to learn them. Then have a stand up comedy routine included in the assembly. The children love it.

This was tested on my year 2 class and went down well, it can easily be adapted for the age range.
