My idea is that maybe as an end of Year assembly when the year 6's/12's are leaving then maybe they could organise an Oscar award ceremony as the Leaving assembly with teachers winning prizes made/bought beforehand.

They could award the prizes for silly things such as "the healthiest eating teacher" or "The best at field trips" etc.

This can be made to look quite funny if they ask the teachers to make a speech about why they deserved the award.
