Using Paint

David has created some very useful guidance sheets which teach children how to use Microsoft Paint. The sheets are all self-explanatory and children should not have any problems working through them in front of a computer.

There are two set of sheets, which are designed to be used in order (the content of set 2 is more advanced than that of set 1). The sets are both in PDF format and can be downloaded from the links below:

Using Paint 1 PDF File

Obviously Microsoft Paint will need to be installed on your computer, and you will also need the following bitmap file as it is required for one of the activities in "Using Paint 1". To save the file on to your computer, right-click on the link below and select "save target as..."

Unfortunately, the resources for the advanced line drawing activities referred to in "Using Paint 2" are not available.
