Houses

Contributed by:
Linda Wann
Age Range: 5 to 7

When looking at different types of houses, the children became the types of house.

For example, when they had to be flats one sat on the floor, another knelt behind, another sat on a chair and another stood behind.

After all the types of houses are made the children that are left then decide which are which and give the houses labels. It does help if we make it early morning and no-one is awake - that way the houses cannot talk, and the children delivering can be the milkman or santa, depending on the time of year.
