To practise "Comment t'appelles-tu?" I bring in my naughty puppet and some props.

When children ask him his name he holds up a prop and says he's a famous person connected to that prop (e.g. he holds up a football and says he's David Beckham, a wooden spoon for Jamie Oliver etc.).

After lots of questions, I tell him off and he eventually tells the children his real French name.
