To help children with number recognition and to practice their listening skills, I give them a draw ticket each.

Then I call the three numbers just before lunch time. If they think they have the right ticket they bring it to me to be checked. If they are correct they can go and wash their hands ready for lunch.

Great for the listening skills and everyone's a winner.
