My Favourite Things
Subject: Early Years
(This idea was contributed by a visitor)
Age Range: Early Years

Give the children a sheet of paper with 4 drawn squares (each about 6x6cm) on it.

Then give them some coloured pencils/crayons & tell them to draw their favourite food in one box, toy in another, friend in another again and in the last one their favourite colour.

When they have done this, make them play a game together by guessing what or who they have drawn. This helps their drawing and colouring skills develop.
